Hamburger Button Hover

Hi,

When users want to see what is inside of the Hamburger button, the user hovered the button and it will appear the Drop Down menu. And then user click the button, it will close the drop down menu.

Please make it reversed. I mean, when user click the hamburger button, it will trigger the dropdown menu. Not when we Hover the button.
