UI bug with pop-up line and tx history saving

Descriptions:

  1. A pop-up line with all the tokens on the wallet climbs onto the window with statistics for the pair (1.1). The main product ALEX has the same problem (1.2).

  2. Made transactions for swap tokens in each pair on the SWAP tab (testnet), they were not recorded in the history on the NOTIFY tab. On the main product ALEX in the mainnet, all transactions are recorded (2.1).
    Pending TXs dispayed in NOTIFY (2.2).
    As a result, when you send one transaction, it is recorded, but if there are more (for example, I sent 10 at the same time), they were not saved in the history (2.3).

2. On the second point, I checked the update, launched 9 transactions per swap, everything was displayed in the history in the pending status, but after execution only 4 records appeared

Great, detailed report

The testnet server could have reset occasionally due to optimization.
This leads to the transaction history from the Memcache is not accurate as the mainnet, pls ignore this issue.
The display of too many tokens is under optimization.
