I am writing to report some issues that I have encountered while using your platform. I believe that addressing these issues would greatly improve user satisfaction on your platform. Below are the details of the issues I faced:

  1. Slow Transaction Speed:
    I have been waiting for more than 10-30 minutes to receive USDT after conducting a bridge transaction on your platform. This is significantly longer than the estimated time given, and I believe that the slow transaction speed is a major issue that needs to be addressed. Improving the transaction speed would enhance user experience and increase satisfaction.

  2. Error Message while Reloading the Site:
    When trying to reload the ALEX BRIDGE website, I received an error message that read “Oops! Something went wrong. [Network] Failed to fetch. undefined.” The error message made it impossible for me to reload the site, and I believe this is a technical issue that needs to be resolved immediately.

  3. Slow Loading Time of Order History:
    I also noticed that the order history feature on your platform is very slow and sometimes fails to load at all. This is a frustrating issue as it affects the overall usability of the platform. Improving the loading time of order history would make the platform more efficient and user-friendly.

  4. Unnecessary Animations:
    The animations displayed when using certain features, such as the “Switch Network” button, are not necessary and only increase the cache size of your platform, which ultimately leads to slower website loading times. I suggest removing these unnecessary animations to improve the website’s overall speed.
